RF-Dxing Antennas was founded by Mr. Debashish Mallik (Dev), an experienced antenna designer and passionate amateur radio operator known by the call sign VU3FWG. With a years of experience in antenna design, RF engineering, and practical on-air experimentation, Mr. Mallik has developed innovative antenna solutions for various HF and VHF bands used in both amateur radio and commercial communication.

The company was officially established on 8th August 2022 as a specialized start-up dedicated to designing and manufacturing high-performance antennas for amateur radio operators (hams) and professional applications. Our focus is on creating antennas that deliver excellent performance, durability, and reliability in real-world operating conditions.

Despite being a young company, RF-Dxing Antennas has quickly earned the trust of operators worldwide. Our products are now used by radio enthusiasts and DXers across many countries, reflecting our commitment to quality engineering, continuous innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Mr. Debashis Mallik is the Founder and Chief Engineer of RF-DXING, a company established on 8 August 2022 with a clear vision of advancing India's capabilities in RF engineering and antenna technology under the "Made in India" initiative.

Holding a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Physics, Mr. Mallik brings over a decade of expertise in RF engineering, antenna design, and advanced electromagnetic research. His technical proficiency encompasses the design and development of MIMO antennas, microwave antennas, dielectric resonator antennas (DRA), and custom RF solutions for a wide range of wireless communication applications.

Throughout his professional career, Mr. Mallik has collaborated with numerous organizations and technology companies as an independent RF design consultant, delivering innovative antenna solutions that combine scientific precision with practical engineering. His work is driven by a commitment to performance, reliability, and continuous innovation.

Recognizing the growing demand for specialized communication systems, he expanded his focus to include amateur radio, satellite communication, and mission-specific antenna systems. His engineering philosophy emphasizes rigorous research, precision design, and real-world performance, enabling RF-DXING to deliver products that meet the highest standards of quality and technical excellence.

Mr. Mallik is also a licensed Amateur Radio Operator with the call sign VU3FWG, reflecting his enduring passion for wireless communication and electromagnetic science.
