I have been using the RFdxing 5-Band Cobweb antenna at my QTH in Janakpurdham, Nepal, and I am very pleased with its overall performance.The antenna is installed on the rooftop of a 4-story building, mounted on a 30-foot mast. Despite its compact size, it has performed remarkably well and is a very practical antenna for my urban QTH, where space is limited and larger antennas such as a Yagi or full-size dipole are not always practical.
After tuning, I am getting very good SWR, generally around 1.2–1.6 on most bands. The antenna also has a relatively low noise level at my QTH, making both SSB and digital-mode operation enjoyable.What I particularly like is its real-world performance. I have successfully made QSOs with amateur radio operators in Italy, Finland, and many other countries. These contacts have been a great way to experience what this compact antenna can achieve from my location in Nepal.
The antenna is also well balanced mechanically and easy to mount. The supplied documentation made the assembly straightforward, and Deb has been extremely helpful and supportive whenever I needed assistance during assembly and setup.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the RFdxing 5-Band Cobweb antenna. For amateur radio operators living in urban areas with limited space, this antenna offers a compact and practical solution while still providing excellent on-air performance.
Highly recommended for operators looking for a space-efficient HF antenna.

I’m an Indian customer. I purchased this antenna (RFD-YG5FM) from rfdxing.com . Delivery was hassle-free, and it arrived 14 days after placing the order. Installing the elements onto the antenna boom was straightforward thanks to the clear markings, and a CPVC pipe worked well as the boom. After mounting the antenna in northern Tamil Nadu and pointing it towards the southeast, I used it for around 14 days. During this time, I noticed weak Sri Lankan FM stations appearing more frequently than they did with an ordinary diy vertical fm dipole. It also receives several distant FM stations from Tamil Nadu that were previously much weaker or even completely inaudible. As with any FM DX setup, results vary depending on propagation conditions, but the directional gain of the antenna makes a noticeable difference when chasing weak signals. Overall, I’m satisfied with the performance and would recommend it to anyone interested in long-distance FM reception. Thanks to the entire rfdxing.com team for the excellent product and support!
