The Moxon is a lesser known antenna but when well made, its performance is equal (if not better) than a two-element yagi while maintaining a smaller foot print. The Moxon from RF Dxing is very well made and even more easier to assemble and install. Being made from high-grade Aluminium, it only weighs 13 Kg while being strong enough to hold the geometry at its size.
This 20m mono band antenna gives an SWR of 1.25 or less across the 20m band and no tuning or alteration of any sort is required - simply assemble, mount, and use!
As for the on air performance, Rx shows a jump of about 5 - 10 dB increase when compared to a 20m dipole at similar height, orientation and power. On Tx, I get consistent 5 - 20 reports (regional QSOs) from the forward direction and 5-8 to 5-9 reports on the sides. The rear side rejection is also good and I get few or no replies to calls made from that side. For comparison, the dipole gives regional QSO reports of 5-9 to 5-10 even under the best conditions.
As for DX, I have worked Poland at 5-10, Italy at 5-9, and France at 5-7 (band conditions were poor) but I need a bit more mileage to comment on that. All in all, it seems to be doing what it is designed for - a great beam indeed!

I regularly follow your innovative products and compare their specifications based on my requirements. Very impressive product range. I have noticed that descriptions and specification sheets are missing for several antennas, especially VHF and dual-band models. This appears to be a possible website issue.

The best antenna I have used so far. It pulls stable signals from around 100 to 200 miles for me. From Tamilnadu,India I sometimes recieve middle east Thailand & Malaysian channels, thanks to this wonderful antenna. I give my heartfelt thanks to the manufacturer of this antenna.

Salutes to you Debu for bringing out an easy to assemble 3 el loop fed yagi . Last week I assembled it and put it at a height of 5 m above the terrace . SWR through out is below 1.5 and 1.1 up to 200 khz from 28 MHz. Excellent quality of manufacturing . Today I fired it and made two contacts in the morning . Band was not open yet but received signals were 579 at my end and my reports were 599.I will give a detailed feedback back after few days . Once again Salutes to you dear Debu
